One export in. Five numbers and one finding out.

Send one CSV of your deals. In two working days you get the five numbers a finance leader should check before trusting the forecast, one finding with the row that proves it, and one recommendation. One page, free, no call.

Who it is for.

Finance leaders and founders at B2B SaaS and fintech companies on HubSpot or Salesforce, with a pipeline number in a deck and a CRM export that disagrees with it. Fractional CFOs, accountants and agencies can gift it to a client; we deliver to them and copy you.

What you send

One export. Three clicks.

Opportunities or deals, all pipelines, with these columns: deal name, stage, amount, close date, created date, last modified. CSV, under 100,000 rows. Tell us which stage means won and which means lost.

  • HubSpot. CRM > Deals > Actions > Export. Add Deal stage, Amount, Close date, Create date and Last modified date. All pipelines.
  • Salesforce. Reports > New Report > Opportunities, columns Stage, Amount, Close Date, Created Date, Last Modified Date, no date filter. Export > Details Only.

What comes back in 48 hours

Five numbers, one finding, one recommendation.

Each number is a row count, a value and a share of pipeline against the threshold that should worry you. The finding is the one that costs most, with its evidence row named so your team can check it. The recommendation is the smallest change that fixes it.

#The numberWorry when
1Undated or past-due open pipelineOver 10% of open value
2Open pipeline untouched for 90+ daysOver 20% of open value
3Open value parked on a quarter-end close dateOver 35% of open value
4Open value older than twice your realised sales cycleOver 15% of open value
5Closed-won rows that would fail a finance reconciliationOver 5% of closed-won value, last two quarters

Numbers 3 and 5 are what one export can prove. A close-date history export and a closed-won list from finance make them exact; send those too if you have them.

What we do not do

Read-only, in the plainest sense.

  • No access to your systems. You export, you send. We never hold a login or a connector.
  • No call required. The page arrives by email. Ask for a walkthrough if you want one; if not, that is the end of it.
  • No selling on the page. If none of the five crosses its threshold, the page says so and the recommendation is to leave it alone.
  • Export deleted after 14 days. One private folder, then gone, and you are told when.

Questions

Asked before people send the file.

Why is it free?

It costs us two hours and shows you how we work before you spend anything. Most teardowns end there; the rest become an audit, and the teardown is how you decide.

Do you need access to our CRM?

No. One CSV, sent by you. Nothing is connected, nothing is written back, and we never see a login.

What if our stage names are unusual?

Tell us which stage means won and which means lost. Everything else is treated as open.

Can we send more than one export?

If you also have a closed-won list from finance, or a close-date history export, send it and numbers 3 and 5 get sharper. One export is enough to start.

What happens to the file?

One private folder, read by the people doing the work, deleted 14 days after we send the page. You are told when it is gone.

Request the teardown. Two minutes, no call.

Use the start wizard and choose the teardown option; it asks for the company, the CRM, the won and lost stage names, and where to send the page. Or email the export with the subject "teardown".

If the finding warrants it, the next step is the three-week read-only GTM Systems Audit, USD $1,500, credited in full against the work that follows. If it does not, you will be told that in writing.
