Terms that apply to all four

How is the audit credited?

Start a Systems Rescue Sprint or Custom Build within 30 days of the audit readout and the full audit fee is deducted from that engagement's price.

Payment terms

Audit and Sprint: 50% at start, 50% at delivery. Build: 40 / 30 / 30 across scoping, gate 10 and hand-off. Embedded Ops: monthly in advance. Invoices in USD or CAD from 1001490091 Ontario Inc.; a W-8BEN-E is supplied with the first invoice to US clients so nothing is withheld.

What is never in scope

Paid media, content production, website work, agency-of-record duties, same-day SLAs, and any change made without a captured before-state and your written authorisation.

Who does the work?

Aman Gupta. There is no bench and no junior handoff; the person who scopes it is the person who builds it. If a piece of work needs someone else, you will be told before it starts, not after.

What happens to access when the engagement ends?

It is revoked on delivery and you are told in writing. Details on the Data handling page.
