CRM & stack sync · scoped fixed price
Two systems, one truth, finally agreed.
Automation platform to CRM, CRM to warehouse, and the ownership rule that has to hold on both sides. We make the disagreement visible, then make it stop.
What you get
Deliverables, named before we start.
The conflict map
Every field where the two systems disagree, which one wins today, which one should, and what it costs you when the wrong one does.
One ownership rule
Who owns a record, in which system, at which lifecycle stage — written once and enforced on both sides rather than assumed on each.
Short-run tripwires
A sync that processes 400 of 1,000 records currently passes silently. After this, it raises an event with the count attached.
Conflict resolution rules
What happens when both sides changed the same field since the last run — decided deliberately, not by whichever wrote last.
A sync health report
Volumes, failures and latency per object, in a view your team opens weekly rather than a log nobody reads.
The runbook
What to check when it breaks at 2am, in the order that finds the cause fastest.
How it runs
Week by week.
Observe
Read-only. We watch real runs and record what the sync actually does, which is rarely what the settings say.
Map the conflicts
Field by field, object by object. The disagreements are counted and priced before anything changes.
Decide the rules
Ownership and conflict resolution agreed with your team in a recorded session, then written down.
Build and gate
Rules implemented in your instance, rolled out against a test group first, with before-states captured.
Instrument
Tripwires, health report and alerting so the next failure is visible within a run rather than a quarter.
Fit
When this is right — and when it isn't.
A fit when
- Records exist in one system and not the other, and nobody knows which is right
- Sales edits a field, marketing overwrites it, and the argument repeats monthly
- A sync error surfaced only when a customer complained
- You are adding a warehouse and want the contract defined before it is wired
Not a fit when
- You have not chosen the CRM yet — pick it first
- You want a custom middleware product built, which is a Custom Build
- The two systems have never been connected at all — that is a new integration, priced separately
Questions
Answered before you ask.
Which pairs do you work in?
HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot and Eloqua on the marketing side; Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and HubSpot CRM on the sales side; Snowflake or BigQuery underneath. Other pairs are possible — ask on the call.
Native sync or a third-party tool?
Whichever your stack already uses. If the native sync cannot express the rule you need, we say so and price the alternative rather than forcing it.
Can this run without downtime?
Yes. Changes are staged against a test group and rolled forward; the live sync is never left in a half-configured state.
What does "scoped fixed price" mean?
A short paid scoping pass sets the number, and the number does not move afterwards. Scope changes are written up and priced before they happen.
Start with a scoping call. Thirty minutes.
If this isn't the engagement you need, you'll hear that — in writing, with the reason and the one that is.
