For fractional CMOs, fractional VPs of Marketing and heads of growth

The strategy is yours. The hours disappear into the portal.

Fractional leaders sell judgement by the day, and the execution underneath it lives in each client's HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo: routing, lifecycle stages, attribution, dashboards, and whatever the last agency left behind. We work as the systems bench behind you. You keep the client, the relationship and the plan; we build, fix and run the systems work, white-label or co-branded, with a named lead, weekly recorded sessions and documentation as the by-product. You stay on strategy and carry more clients.

The moment

When fractional leaders call us

A new client whose HubSpot nobody can explain. A plan that depends on attribution the portal cannot produce yet. Two clients needing a migration in the same month. A board deck due before the lifecycle stages are fixed. The pattern is the same: the strategy is ready, and the systems work would eat the hours you sell.

Three questions we get asked

Answered the way we would answer them on the call.

What does a white-label marketing ops partner actually do?

We take the systems work off your plate inside your client's stack: portal audits, lifecycle and lead-status design, routing, HubSpot–Salesforce sync fixes, migrations, attribution and reporting. You decide what the client sees; we work in your channels and under your brand, and we never solicit your client directly.

How do you price work for partners?

Two ways. A fixed price per scoped piece of work (an audit, a sync repair, a migration reconcile), or a monthly block of hours for ongoing admin. You set your own margin to the client. We do not publish partner rates; we send the rate card on request.

How do you avoid making me look bad in front of a client?

Read-only first, captured before-states before any change, changes gated on a test group, and a written runbook for every fix. Every working session is recorded, so you can review what was done without sitting in.

An illustrative finding (the pattern, not a client)

Finding, evidence, exposure, fix. Always in that order.

Anonymised from a real engagement; numbers rounded. Every figure in a real readout carries the export that produced it.

1

Setup

Typical new fractional engagement: B2B SaaS, HubSpot Pro, Salesforce, one marketer, the previous agency gone.

2

Evidence

What week one usually turns up: lifecycle stages set by three different writers, a sync error queue nobody has opened, original-source values overwritten by imports, and a dashboard built on a property the platform stopped updating.

3

Exposure

The fractional leader's first board update rests on numbers nobody can defend yet.

4

Fix

A two-week read-only pass the leader presents as their own diagnosis, then a fixed-price fix plan, with the documentation in the leader's folder.

The full sample is on the worked sample audit page. The audit is from USD $1,500 — up to 100k records, credited in full against the fix — and the pricing page has every band.

Questions

The four that usually come next.

Will you ever go direct to my client?

No. We sign a non-solicit as standard, and all client communication goes through you or your branded channels unless you ask otherwise.

Which platforms?

HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot and Eloqua on the automation side; Salesforce, HubSpot CRM and Dynamics 365 on the CRM side; plus the reporting on top.

Is there a referral arrangement if I send work your way?

Yes. We have a standard referral courtesy for partners, and we pass work to fractional leaders when a client needs strategy rather than systems. Ask for the one-page partner note.

How quickly can you start on a client?

Usually within two weeks, once a read-only user exists on the client's systems.

Add a systems bench without adding payroll.

A thirty-minute call to compare notes on how you staff execution today. Ask for the one-page partner note.
